    Trades, quantities, salary and terms are confirmed with the employer before sourcing starts.

    Develop job descriptions

    Each role is written up so candidates and interviewers work from the same specification.

    Develop and advertise job ads

    Vacancies are advertised through our nationwide network and channels.

    Candidate search strategy & head hunting

    Active sourcing across our database and regional associates for hard-to-fill trades.

    Pre-screening & trade testing

    Skills are verified at our own trade test and training centre before submission.

  7. 07

    Client interview & final selection

    We arrange interviews in person or online and coordinate the employer's final selection.

    Job offer & contract

    Offers are issued and employment contracts signed in line with the agreed terms.

    Medical examination

    Selected candidates complete the required medical examinations at approved centres.

    Visa process & documentation

    Protectorate clearance, visa processing and every mandatory approval, tracked to completion.

    Briefing

    Pre-departure briefing covers the role, the destination, terms and what to expect on arrival.

    Deployment process

    Ticketing and travel coordination through to joining at site.
