Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Trans Gulf International collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website and to candidates and employers who deal with us directly.

Who we are

Trans Gulf International is an overseas employment promoter licensed by the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment under OEP Licence 3354/RWP, with its office at E-92, E-Block, Madni Road, Attock, Punjab, Pakistan. For any question about this policy, contact info@transgulf.co.

What we collect

• From candidates: name, contact details, CV, work history, trade and skill information, and — where a placement proceeds — passport, medical fitness and visa documentation required by law.
• From employers: company name, contact person, contact details and the details of your manpower requirement.
• From website visitors: anything you type into a contact, callback or application form, plus basic technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address.

Why we use it

We use your information only to match candidates to genuine vacancies, to complete the legal steps a deployment requires (Protectorate clearance, medical testing, visa processing), to reply to your enquiries, and to keep the records the law obliges us to keep. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Candidate details are shared with a prospective employer only in connection with a real vacancy, and with the government departments, medical centres, embassies and airlines whose involvement a deployment requires. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Applications are retained while your candidacy is live and afterwards for the period Pakistani emigration record-keeping rules require. You may ask us to delete your details sooner if no deployment is in progress.

How we protect it

Uploaded CVs are stored outside the public area of this website and are readable only by authorised staff who have signed in. Access to the admin system is restricted by role, and passwords are stored only as irreversible hashes.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it, or withdraw consent for us to contact you. Write to info@transgulf.co and we will respond.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work: one to keep an administrator signed in, and one to remember your chosen language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

A note on recruitment fees

We never charge a candidate more than Pakistani law permits, and every payment is receipted. If anyone asks you for a payment on our behalf outside that, please report it to us directly.

Changes

If this policy changes we will publish the revised version on this page.
